Reid has served in a range of key roles as Chief of Staff to Senator Elizabeth Warren along with Deputy Chief of Staff and Counselor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

On Capitol Hill, she contributed to drafting workforce provisions in the Affordable Care Act. She also served as the lead Energy and Commerce Democratic staffer where she would handle hearings and legislative markups for public health agencies and issues.

Reid is currently the Policy Director of the Funders Forum on Accountable Health Project, and a lecturer at George Washington University.
